The 4-digit RAL colors have been the standard for choosing colors for more than 70 years now. At the beginning the color collection included 40 different colors. Its number has risen to 213 today. The basic collection for matt color shades is called RAL 840-HR, the one for glossy color shades RAL 841-GL. Both basic collections contain color samples that are being used by important institutions to cover a wide range of applications and are constantly adapted to the requirements of the industry. Spring Loaded Roller For Dust Test Tape – SP3600
The TQC Spring Loaded Roller is used to perform objective dust tests according ISO 8502-3, and eliminates the human error by pressing with a constant force on the dust test tape. The ISO 8502-3 quantifies the quantity and size of dust particles on surfaces prepared for painting using a standardized tape for dust test. Dust on blast cleaned surfaces can reduce coating adhesion, leading to premature coating failure and sub-standard coating finish.
The Spring Loaded Roller presses the tape onto the surface with a constant force of 44,13 Newton (4,5kg) by means of a spring system, four wheels, and a special rubber roll with a specified hardness. The apparatus is made of titanium anodized aluminum.
