What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All shipping is provided by UPS and orders are picked up locally at our headquarters and sent out for delivery. Overnight delivery can be requested (please call before placing your Order). Standard delivery is our default shipping method. Custom orders or items out of stock locally may take 4-6 weeks for delivery,
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Some products produced in the U.S. or products that are in stock in our warehouse may be shipped overnight if requested (additional fees may apply). Most products will be delivered within 3-7 business days unless the products must first be imported, or custom fabricated, from our European manufacturers such at TQC Sheen in which case orders can be expected to take up to 4-6 weeks.
How Do I Track My Order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the shipment has been picked up and a tracking number is issued by our local UPS provider.
